Lamisil Cream can help with skin infections caused by fungi and it is important to use Lamisil Cream as directed. Lamisil is an antifungal medicine and should be used under the guidance and prescription of a doctor. Lamisil Cream is usually taken orally, with or without food, once or twice daily. If the infection persists or worsens, stop taking Lamisil Cream and seek medical help right away. The usual adult dose for Athlete’s Foot, Jock Itch and Ringworm is 250 mg once a day. It can be taken with or without food, but do not take it more than once a day. If symptoms persist or worsen, see your doctor right away. If symptoms do not improve within 48 hours, or if you notice any signs of liver problems such as severe dizziness or nausea, stop taking Lamisil Cream and seek medical help right away. Stomach upset, nausea and vomiting can occur. It is important to tell your doctor if you have ever had any health problems or if you are taking any other medicines. If you notice any unusual symptoms, such as fever, chills, sore throat, itching, weight loss, unusual vaginal bleeding or abnormal bleeding, stop taking Lamisil Cream and contact your doctor immediately. Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant unless your doctor says so. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking Lamisil Cream and it may help to reduce the risk of side effects.
Lamisil Cream may cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
